Make sure the page orientation is set to "Portrait", and the page size is set to "100%". Click "okay" and from your "File" menu, select "Print". You may need to click "okay" again in a menu for your printer. How to Print a PDF from Your Browser Window With your mouse, click in the area (frame) where the survey form appears. Under your "File" menu, select "Page Setup". Make sure the page orientation is set to "Portrait", and the page size is set to "85%". Click "okay" and from your "File" menu, select "Print". You may need to click "okay" again in a menu for your printer.
