What if I Need to Cancel a Reservation?

STC RMC Meetings

Meal reservations - You can place a meal reservation any time until the Monday before the meeting (5 PM, Mountain Time). Reservations for the program only (no food) can be made through the day before the meeting (Wednesday).

Cancellations - You can cancel a reservation any time until the Friday before the meeting
(5 PM, Mountain Time); however, your refund will be subject to a 5% nonrefundable reservation fee. STC RMC will not refund payments for cancellations made after this deadline.

If health or other serious, family-related circumstances prevent you from canceling by this deadline, we will gladly give you full credit for your attendance at the next STC RMC meeting of equal value. Contact the chapter for details.

STC RMC Seminars

We must receive notification of cancellation one week prior to the event. Any refund is subject to a 15% nonrefundable reservations fee. STC RMC will not refund payments for cancellations made after this deadline.
