Scope of Supervision

  1. One of 4-6 incumbents who reports directly to the Manager of User Documentation and Training, Network Development, who reports directly to the
    Project Control Office Director.
  2. The incumbent may be matrixed to the other NAC departments for direct support developing applicable documents.
  3. Directly responsible for assigned documentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or English, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years technical writing experience, and 1-3 years experience in a
    software development environment, or 1-3 years technical writing experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in a software development environment.
