This panel begins with a history of how virtual teams have evolved over the past 25 years. From working in an office sending faxes and talking by telephone several states away to working at home with teams from around the world, the virtual team has taken on its own culture with its own set of rules and regulations. We will discuss managing virtual teams from a boss’s perspective, working with a virtual boss and balancing personality styles, the professional way to work at home, how to work virtually with International Cultures, and the rules for working with virtual teams.
